1. Who We Are
Classbookly is operated by E-native sp. z o.o. ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Poland. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the Platform. Contact: hello@classbookly.com.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account data
When you register, we collect information such as name, email address, password hash, timezone, and account role. For students, we may also collect date of birth and parent or guardian contact details where required for consent. For teachers, we collect profile information such as headline, bio, specializations, teaching category, and meeting link.
2.2 Uploaded content
We store profile photos, intro videos, and supporting verification documents. For English teachers, this includes a teaching certificate. CVs are optional supporting documents. Files are stored in Supabase Storage (EU region).
2.3 Booking data
We store lesson schedules, availability windows, blocked dates, subscription details, cancellation and reschedule history, and lesson status events such as no-shows.
2.4 Payment data
Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We store Stripe customer, subscription, and connected account identifiers needed to operate billing and payouts.
2.5 Usage data
We may collect limited analytics and operational logs to understand product usage, detect abuse, and improve the Platform. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

4. AI Processing
During teacher verification, quiz answers and uploaded verification documents may be analyzed by AI to assist our review team. AI-generated summaries are advisory only. Final verification decisions are made by human reviewers. Teacher data is not used by us to train general AI models.

6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. After deletion, we may retain limited billing, payout, and compliance records for the period required by law. Uploaded files are deleted within a reasonable operational window after account deletion unless we must retain them to handle a dispute, safety issue, or legal obligation.
7. Your Rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with data protection rights, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your data, and to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@classbookly.com.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures such as HTTPS, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, database policies, and restricted access to production systems. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to minimize risk and respond quickly to incidents.
9. Children
Children under 13 may not use Classbookly. Students aged 13-17 may use the Platform only with verified parental or guardian consent. We collect only the data needed to operate the account, confirm consent, and provide the service safely. We do not use minors' data for advertising.
