1. Who We Are
Classbookly is operated by E-native sp. z o.o. ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Poland. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the Platform. Contact: hello@classbookly.com.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account data
When you register: name, email address, password (hashed), timezone, role (student or teacher). For teachers: headline, bio, specializations/tags, teaching category, meeting link.
2.2 Uploaded content
Profile photos, intro videos (max 60s), CVs, teaching certificates. These are stored in Supabase Storage (EU region).
2.3 Booking data
Lesson schedules, subscription details, availability preferences, cancellation and reschedule history.
2.4 Payment data
Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs for reference.
2.5 Usage data
We may collect anonymized analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the Platform. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account
- To display teacher profiles on the marketplace
- To facilitate lesson booking and scheduling
- To process payments via Stripe
- To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, notifications)
- To verify teacher qualifications during onboarding
- To enforce Platform policies (no-show tracking, reliability scores)
4. AI Processing
During teacher verification, quiz answers and uploaded documents may be analyzed by AI (Anthropic Claude) to assist our review team. AI-generated summaries are used as advisory input — all final decisions are made by human reviewers. Teacher data is not used to train AI models.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Supabase — database and file storage (EU region)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — application hosting
- Anthropic — AI-assisted teacher verification (quiz review only)
We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. After account deletion, we retain anonymized booking/payment records for legal and financial compliance (up to 5 years). Uploaded files (videos, documents) are deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
- Withdraw consent at any time

8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, Row Level Security on database, and secure API keys. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
9. Children
Classbookly accounts are for users aged 18 and over. For students under 18 ("Kids & Young Learners"), a parent or guardian must create and manage the account.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
